Release version 0.4.0 - Store support

You want to publish any app from the Microsoft Store to Intune, I got you covert. Starting with version 0.4.0 (be sure to update...) you can do the following:

# If you know the store ID
winget-intune publish store --id {id}

Or if you're feeling lucky, the following command will install the first match.

winget-intune publish store --search {packageName}
