Description

The SW360 API's resource/api/releases endpoint have been updated to support a new query parameter: isNewClearingWithSourceAvailable. This parameter allows filtering releases that are in the "new clearing" state and have the source available. However, the current implementation of the get_all_releases function in the SW360 Python library does not support this parameter.
