Here 11020 was start_harvester.exe
Also I am using Windows 10 and ran cmd as Admin

All the chia.exe instances are running in the background, but the view does not load when the harvester is running in the background. Also I think once the already scheduled plotting tasks complete the manager will throw an exception while trying to create a new plotter instance.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue, but version 0.1.0 did not fix the problem. When running the harvester in the background, the plot manager will not start, and the viewer will not load. If I stop the harvester, the manager and viewer will load. But if I restart the harvester, the viewer will die and it cannot restart again.
