What can the CG do better?

I am passionate about helping everyone do their best work in the CG. I am cognizant we have people from all backgrounds, from contributors who work on the social web in their spare time (like me!) to seasoned professionals who have seen the social web grow and change over the last few decades.

Whether you are new to the CG or have been around for a while, I want to ask: what can we do better? What can the CG do that will enable you to do your best work to advance the social web?

Avoid politics and decision making, let that happen where the software is used

Let open source make living standards and then publish stable snapshots at the w3c

is there an index doc/site that will help me find all the other docs?
If not I thnk it would be great for onboarding!!

(a wiki page will be a natural place for something like this unless things are already on github, in which case having it closer to the source will make it more likely to stay up to date)
