Stabilise Decision Tree UI

If the decision tree is large and expanded/auto-expanded, the layout is refreshed automatically, because cytoscape does not have a better option (that I know of). In most cases, this is reasonable, but sometimes the layout can be very unstable.

Implement a custom layout that will be better suited for this. Or better yet, allow the user to add fixed position to tree nodes.
