Download the repository, navigate to its directory, and run pip install . to install the library on your machine.
The data required to execute the program will be added after the defense of the bachelor thesis, from which this program originates. Currently, the data is exclusively accessible as part of the thesis appendix.
Afterwards, you can run (for example) python3 examples/example.py to compute some results.
