Here, the user can input annotations for individual model components. These are reflected as SBML annotations. As such, almost anything can be annotated.
The annotation editor itself is actually quite simple. Ideally, it will be some kind of rich text editor, since SBML annotations support HTML.

A very simple annotation tab was added in #52 and #54. For now, the backend supports the annotations, the annotations can be edited via 'edit dialogues', and the annotations tab is used just as a summary. In future, we can make it into a proper editor. We can also allow loading them from the SBML.
