syndesis-rest pods fail healthcheck #153

During the installation of syndesis using the syndesis-dev-restricted.yml OpenShift template, all but one pod launches. The pod that fails to launch is syndesis-rest-1-deploy and the relevant error in the log trace shows this:
"Readiness probe failed: Get http://10.1.6.53:8181/health: dial tcp 10.1.6.53:8181: getsockopt: connection refused"Is this a known issue, and is there a resolution for it?
