awkcmd.txt - contains awk command and usage for formatting timestamps before transcription

timestamp_validate.c - compare timestamps to make sure there are no discrpencies. Usage and example output included at the top of source.

- '' is mapped to play/rewind-resume, jumps back like 2 seconds when you resume.
- '+' is mapped to a manual file save/download - aside from the 5 minute auto download.
- 'ret' is mapped to newline and ending a section of transcription and insertion of timestamp.
