Browser extension account change does not change client account

Describe the bug
Rabbit account doesn't change when browser extension account is changed.

To Reproduce
Log in to Rabbit with Chrome browser extension (Alby)
Change extension account.
Reload page, Rabbit does not change account.
There is no 'Logout' option I can find so I can log in under the other extension account.

Expected behavior
Change browser extension account, reload page, Rabbit loads new account.
