Installing App does not work #11

When trying to install the app I see the embedded/index page for about 1-2 seconds or so and then there seems to be a reload being sent straight to:

Any idea what this might be? I also don't get the typical install the app screen that you would get when going via the node template.

Any idea what this might be? Otherwise, super cool repo!
