Why URL to tag page from Article page goes through /component/tags/tag/ ?

On you own demo you have Tags page linked to Menu Item: Joomla Pages -> Tags page.

And each tag has URL starting from - /index.php/joomla-pages/other-pages/tag/
For example "Blog" tag - http://purity_iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/joomla-pages/other-pages/tag/6-blog
and it is right way, becase it Joomla and we have Menu Item "Tags page" linked to the list of all tags on the site.

But why in the Article, we have different URL to the SAME tag page, for example from http://purity_iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/layout/new-layouts/blog/94-news-update/124-purity-iii-the-best-free-responsive-joomla-template-for-2014 to blog tag we have - http://purity_iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/component/tags/tag/6-blog

So we have 2 URL for one SAME page with tag - "blog":
http://purity_iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/component/tags/tag/6-blog - from article view
http://purity_iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/joomla-pages/other-pages/tag/6-blog - from menu item

Not good for SEO, isn't it?
