LaTeX writer produce wrong notice block

In conjunction with the sphinxcontrib-traceables extension Sphinx will produce wrong LaTeX syntax. So far I do not yet assume that it is a bug in the extension code base.

The last few days I've investigate this bug together with some people from the Sphinx project. I was running into two overlapping errors. There is one bug open inside the Sphinx LaTeX writer (see referred issue above), but that was not the reason for the origin bug here with the "traceables" extension.

I've found a mistake that happened while the transition from the old formatter in version 0.1.4 from traceables.py to the new differentiated formatters in display.py. I'll send a PR.
