About the teeth and mouth problem

Hi, thank you for your excellent work.

I used your model with two languages, Vietnamese and English.
With English, I noticed that the mouth and teeth are clustery, and the mouth is sometimes blurry.
I would like to ask what I should do to improve the inference results. Could you please explain this to me?
And with another language such as Vietnamese, to improve the results should I train or finetune the model with Vietnamese?
