User story:

I need to be able to upload proof of delivery/shipment of goods

Acceptance criteria

The exporter should be able to upload the proof of delivery or proof of shipment depending on the purchase order terms.
Once the exporter has confirmed that the proof of delivery or shipment then this should be visible and released to the importer for approval.

Additional functionality on the Purchase order contract
- Signal proof of delivery has been uploaded
