Missing mobile phone edition. If it can build a mobile phone edition, can it simultaneously mine on phone and computer?

You can mine on as many devices as you want, to a single wallet. So there's no reason it wouldn't work, but we don't intend on extending the TU builds to mobile. We have a separate mobile product that may manage that in the future.
