0.9.6 Stuck at 100% setup "Application started"

Describe the bug
On Linux, 0.9.6 seems to remain stuck at 100% on the splash screen, with the message "Applications started".

Miner processes are not up. Only minotari_node, minotari_console_wallet and sha_p2pool are up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update the app
2. Wait for setup to finish
3. Be dissapointed
