Describe the bug
Unfortunately we have no details on the bug. Windows debug symbols are failing and we have no stacktrace.

To solve this issue it may require finding why windows debug symbols aren't being compiled. Or adding additional logging for error checking. Once we know the cause of the bug, we can solve the bug itself.
