Module Not Working For Magento 1.9.2.4

I installed the module on my magento 1.9.2.4, ...Navigated to the Tawk menu at the admin backend.

I have an issue as "Use Selected Widget" button does not do anything.

Also, the "store" selection on the left does not load the stores on magento. It shows "loading" all through.

Lastly, widget does not show on the frontend.

Please help, Is it a general issues with this version of Magento?

Sorry, i figured out the problem days after... After extracting the tawk zip into magento root.
You have to login into your tawk account and copy out the widget code from the admin section of your tawk.to dashboard after modifying the widget appearance and all. ...This has to be pasted in your magento admin (System > Configuration > General Tab > Design > HTML Head > Miscellaneous Scripts (paste it below the rest here)).

I am a bit new to Magento hence, i never figured out this on time.
