Add an (optional) feature for mass ++'ing to a team

Likely based on Slack groups.

Would likely need to retrieve the group and individually ++ everyone in it.
Possibly then with a quick response listing each person that was ++'ed? Scores probably not important.

Since I added the multiple mentions in this plugin users have been asking me to implement the team based mass "++" behavior. The multiple mentions has been working well for us in our Slack instance where we installed my changes.

I have not looked at what it would take to handle Slack groups and possibly the "@channel" and "@here" mentions which is another popular option with users.
