Use Forge tag for silver ingots in silver knife recipe

Compatibility with Caverns and Chasms introduces a silver knife, however the recipe references "caverns_and_chasms:silver_ingot" instead of "forge:ingots/silver" making it impossible to use silver ingots from other mods (such as Oreganized) to craft the knife.

I'd like to suggest that the recipe be changed to check if the Forge tag for silver ingots is empty instead of (or in addition to) checking if the Caverns and Chasms mod is installed and use that, thanks.
