Data for rendering entities isn’t referenced correctly

This issue team-formalist/formalist-standard-react#86 is caused by the hash of data in the renderer being strings rather than symbols:

def entity_link(data, children)
  html_tag(:a, href: data[:url]) do
    children.join
  end
end

The data blob there is actually like this:

{ "url" => "foo"}
