Feature Request - Config option to disable vanilla Mushroom Stems from dropping Red Mushroom Stems

Reason: this might be unwanted by some players, because many modded huge mushrooms use the vanilla mushroom stems, so it kinda breaks the point of having to search for red mushrooms to obtain their wood. But regardless of mod support, having a toggle for this feature would be a good addition.
