We neet test for this case:

const selector$ = new BehaviorSelector(new ProxySelector(....))
const qt = new QueryToken(selector$)

qt.changes()
  .subscribe()
...

Database.get(....).selector$
  .subscribe(selector => {
    selector$.next(selector)
  })
