目前代码里需要这么做的，包括订阅 projects 和 testhubs。后端在提供及时更新的聚合资源频道时好像有困难（TODO 确定原因后，在这里说明），而如果前端在应用代码里写手动在新资源创建时额外订阅单资源频道的操作，是不必要的开发负担。
