Rename app to "Notify"

This would be a pretty significant change. I'd need to do analysis in what this will do to current users of the existing Homebrew cask, etc.

The rationale behind it is presented in this issue for Spotify Notifications but the issue would be present here as well. I think it's a good idea, but we need to be careful.

"Notify for Spotify" exists as a paid app on the App Store. We'd need a different name. Either way, this is a low priority ticket. I'm going to close it until somebody else raises this problem.
