We should probably find a way to ignore .rspec file present in the project directory, otherwise moci will stop executing other tests when --fali-falst option is present there, which is not desired behavior.

I did not find any option in rspec to do this so far. So rspec runner could just do temporary rename of .rspec before running test suite, but it smells.
