A fork of the Metro theme for phpmyadmin with tweaks for low vision users.
This is a slightly modified version of Metro 2.4 that can be found here.
The menu headers and box titles were overly bold and lightly hinted, so I removed bold title fonts and added obvious boxes around titles for boxes.
