Create an add to calendar option for Meeting Authors #120

Adding an option to allow Meeting Authors to add meeting to calendar from wp admin, so that it can be easily tracked.

This will allow users to not have to switch between Zoom app and Website to add a meeting to their calendars.
and easily use Zoom
