Create documentation on how to run the datapipeline on Linux using CUDA without Docker #4

Right now, we have documented the following options of running the data pipeline:

  • Docker + CPU
  • Docker + GPU
  • Outside of Docker + CPU

as there might be performance gains to be had by skipping docker in the GPU setup, it could make sense to work out a reproducible setup for directly running our pipeline with CUDA support on the host os (specific ffmpeg installation, specific cuda installation, specific python package versions built with the correct cuda version etc.).
