Alien Armageddon crashes

Hello, I have used two different dumps and the game always comes out in the second phase when you get to an area that has many alien eggs. I have tried it how many times and it always happens in the same place

there's a codec missing or something.
In my case it only happens if I allow the game demo.
If I enter the game I can go to the end without any problems.
but if you allow the demo to run, the game closes.
We've had this problem with other games before. Probably Reaver & staff will solve it

so you say that by deactivating the intro it will no longer crash at the 2nd chapter

because if you reset the high scores the introduction can be seen correctly, however I will try to deactivate it

wow great tip. I reset the score and I no longer have a crash.
man if your game is crashing during the levels, it could be another problem.
I would first try to download the image from another location, if it persists also reinstall DX, Visual C++, these are generally simple things.

Thank you very much, I had formatted the PC some time ago, probably the direct x had not installed correctly, I reinstalled them and completed chapter 2 without problem

i open the game and play another time, during the gameplay at the 2nd chapter it closes , the problem is back

It works 100% fine for me. No issues at all. I actually just finished the whole game an hour ago.

I still have the same problem, I delete the hihgscores but the problem continues. My dump is from a site that many people have downloaded and a few of us have failed. Chapter 2 is impossible to play, it leaves when you enter the egg area.
