In case of upgrade, the 3dslicer package does not uninstall the old version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
choco upgrade 3dslicer

Expected behavior
a nominal upgrade with uninstall old version

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: windows
Version all version of 3dslicer package

hello, in case of upgrade, the 3dslicer package does not uninstall the old version, is it possible to add this in install.ps1
