Emoji settings keep changing

Steps to reproduce

1. Go into Chat Settings
2. Disable "Replace emoji automatically" and "Suggest emoji replacements"
3. Wait a random number of days
4. Settings are reverted to enabled

Expected behaviour

Settings should remain disabled

Settings are reverted to enabled
