Persistent setting for forward mode

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently the default forward mode is 'with author'. To send a message 'without author' I have to do extra clicks (7 versus 4) which is time consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like an option in settings to select the preferred mode when forwarding messages, that remains persistent until I change it again.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are 2 Telegram forks, 64Gram and Kotatogram that do have such setting, but are currently unmaintained. You can borrow the setting from them.

Additional context

I think this is in line with Telegram goals to keep things simple and fast.
