When creating a new show, it is possible to create additional shows

When a user is in the process of creating a show, the text box at the top of the page containing the show name remains active. If this text is changed and resubmitted, a new show will be created with the new name. This is unintended.

Instead, this text box should rename the show that just got created and is being currently edited (still in the create show page).
