Add ability to enter values on the DMX page by pressing ENTER

Currently, in order to turn a single channel on, the DMX channel number must be typed into the correct text box and then the "Turn channel on" button must be clicked. Instead of only being able to turn on the channel by clicking the button, make hitting enter inside the textbox do the same thing.

Make this work for all the text inputs on the page
