We need to set-up release workflow with generation of changelog based on conventional-commits (would be nice to use git-cliff).

I've published beta-version to testcontainers-modules, so we can configure auto-publishing on github release (I also can add owners of crate).

We will need to add crates.io token to secrets to this repo
