Earth has lost its voice, and we're dedicated to giving it back. While established community organizations are working hard to make positive environmental change, they often lack a simplified structure or system for recruiting volunteers, collecting data, managing workflows, or rewarding contributors. ORGO is on a mission to regenerate the planet by gamifying land stewardship and enabling decentralized governance of community assets. Through the ORGO app, volunteers can find community organizations with pending assignments and earn rewards by completing tasks. Additionally, participating community organizations gain insight from the eco-data collected, like volunteer hours worked, progress tracking of tasks, and the measured completion time of assignments. @KittiBorissza just want to know that this bounty was supposed to be paid to 3 people, but has been only paid to one, is there any problem or it's done knowingly, if so then why? |
Regarding the allocation of the bounty, this has disappointed me, I have put in the effort and expectation that I think it is feasible, and hope to redistribute and not lose our trust in you....... |
Web3 community outreach for cultural institutions [Codeless]
Think of creating experiences that engage the audiences of cultural institutions well beyond the events they visit. How could institutions use blockchain technology to engage with their audiences in novel ways, to bring both new and existing patrons to museums, festivals and cultural events, and maintain a relationship with them? How could patrons be invited to become a community around the institution?
In this bounty, we are looking for detailed business and marketing plans for blockchain-based loyalty and audience engagement programs that could be utilized by cultural institutions.
Hints and Guidelines
We invite you to think outside the box, and design an innovative outreach program. It would be relatively easy to build a crypto engagement program by taking the straightest possible path and utilize blockchain technologies in ways that resemble existing, centralized loyalty and engagement programs. We are looking for something more involved, more innovative. How can institutions and communities benefit from the decentralized nature of public blockchains? What do institutions get from it, and how do patrons benefit?
Consider the following:
Deliverables
A detailed marketing / business plan for a blockchain-based outreach program for cultural institutions, of at least 5 pages of dense information (if you use infographics, please adjust the length accordingly).
A slide deck, and an approximately 5 to 10 minute video, explaining the main concepts in the plan.
Judging criteria
Appropriateness: How applicable is the proposed solution to the needs of cultural institutions?
Novelty: Innovativeness of the marketing plan
Depth: are potential risks, issues and challenges appropriately addressed?
Feasibility: How feasible is the implementation, looking at the current capabilities and limitations of the Tezos protocol?
