Describe the bug
In some cases, the discord chat bot ends up in a disconnected state where TGS tries to reconnect endlessly. The only way to reconnect the bot is to manually trigger a reconnection.

Expected behavior
For discord bots to successfully reconnect and not to end up in a "reconnecting" state
