Plugin configuration #1

The plugin configuration (Webhook URL) is set to Slack's Incoming WebHooks URL including the HTTPS as shown in below image.

This is tried and tested on osTicket Version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)

Thanks.
That looks like what I tried, but when I hit Save Changes I get a page that
says only "Forbidden." Any thoughts?

Is it possible to try some other plugin? May be auth-ldap (https://github.com/osTicket/core-plugins). I think this may be problem with file ,db permissions.

I used this project on version 1.10 and it worked for me.
