Overview:

Enable users to add 'Note' type questions. Also, create a preview for this question type. Basically, include:

  • Add a form to add 'Note' type questions
  • Mutation to add 'Note' type questions
  • Add a preview to show users how the question will look in the questionnaire.

NOTE: Note type questions are not exactly questions. They are additional information about the questionnaire. They are a simple text that is displayed in the questionnaire.
