Update from v 2.36.1 to 2.38.2 not possible

Describe the bug
We can't actually update our snappymail version from 2.36.1. Everytime we click on update we are getting after a few seconds the message "Cannot access the repository at the moment".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to admin About page
2. Click on the Update button
3. Wait a few seconds
4. See error

Expected behavior
The "Upgrade successful" message should appear and the page should get back to admin login screen

Maybe your webserver IP is (temporary) blocked by fail2ban.
This mostly last only a day.

You can check this in your PHP error logs.

There are often more than 24h between diffrent tries to update snappymail. If the IP is baned it must be a staty ban.

In the PHP error log is after triggering the update the follwoing message:

Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /snappymail/snappymail/v/2.36.1/app/libraries/snappymail/upgrade.php on line 174
