usevia.app (keyboard will lose configuration)

Not sure this is the proper area to post this issue. At times, usevia.app will appear to randomly disconnect from keyboard and when I reconnect it to the usevia.app site to program, my configuration is completely gone. I've gotten in the habit of saving it after changes so i can restore it. again, may not be the proper place to raise this issue, but didn't see anything on the site for contacting
