complete the wiki

The wiki is quite useful already but there are still a lot of red links. Especially the following pages need to be written:

• Branching
• Issues and milestones
• Testing
• Minimal requirements
• Project directory overview
• RED_SPIDER_ROOT
• rsshell
• setup.py

I say "especially" because other red links might be created in the meanwhile or might already exist, but those are probably less essential.

I will be working on this in any case, but help is still welcome if anyone feels confident enough to write about any of the abovementioned topics. I'll do the topics which I think might be easiest last.
