I can not find remote control outlets with 433Mhz around my home. Can i use RF315 module instead of?

Where are you from?
Sorry i have No experience with rf315.
If get a receiver module and the outlets then it's the technic I think. Maybe you must fix a little bit the system. If you have done this I can implement it for everyone. Then people can switch between 433 and 315.

You can use 315MHz, but radio sender module must be analyzed and modified to suit your needs.
If you are familiar with electronics - it shouldn't be a problem.
