Global singleton for consistent MVVM

It is often hard to structure an architecture when first using it. The goal of this component is provide a standard set of classe for creating an app using MVVM. It is referenced by other Components.

This is a sub-framework of a TheDistanceComponents. There are more sub-frameworks adding extra functionality such as consitent asynchronous loading in MVVM and a whole lot more planned.
