• What version of Unity are you using?
• What version of iOS/Android OS are you using?
• What device are you using (especially if you are using an Android)
• Are you running the sample in this project or your own app?

i using unity 5.5.2 ios 10, android 7. device : samsung galaxy s6, galasy s6 plus i also testing on ios that run the same problem. Thanks for sharing the environments.

I pushed a patch on fix/image_rotation branch.
I've tested it with following devices.

OS	Device
iOS 11	iPhone6S
Android 6.1	Nexus 5

Unfortunately, I don't have Android 7 devices nor Galaxy phones...
Could you try the sample in the patch or unimgpicker.unitypackage with your own project?

💡 NOTE : From this version, you have to choose Gradle (New) to build apk.
