Rob Atkinson to stand up a Vocpres (sp?) vocab server which sources terms from an OSGeo Glossarist glossary at https://osgeodev.geolexica.org.

The aim is to test interoperability between the products, identify issues and ideally fix any issues identified.

Results should be captured in our engineering report.
