I am enjoying Paga very much, thank you for all your work.
I was wondering if it was normal that the time series output of the sc.pl.paga.path function was indexed according to the number of cells in the path, and not by the cell name or index from the original (full) dataset? The output I am getting does not conserve the original indexing, hence I can not know the identity of the cell assigned to the pseudo time variable of the path I passed to sc.pl.paga_path . Is it normal behaviour or I am doing something wrong?
Is there another way to get the pseudo time variable for a given path (not the whole data set)?
Thank you.
