username column is empty when enpass stores only email for logging in

Enpass JSON for websites that use email ID to login store the email ID as is in an email field.

Lastpass on other hand does not have seperate email field and stores either email or username, whichever is used to login to the username field.

To fix this issue, the data from Enpass email should be used in Lastpass username when the Enpass does not have a username field populated

There is a Canadian wide cascade error with 'Interac'.
